Shoojit Sircar and Vikramaditya Motwane Present Varun Tandon's Short Film Thursday Special

Filmmakers Shoojit Sircar and Vikramaditya Motwane have joined as presenters for Varun Tandon's short film 'Thursday Special', which explores themes of love, companionship, and ageing through the story of an elderly couple and their Thursday ritual. Sircar praised its simplicity and mature storytelling, comparing it to his unreleased film 'Shoe Bite'. Motwane highlighted the film's focus on overlooked human stories. The film stars Anubha Fatehpuria and Ramakanth Dayama and will release on the Humans of Cinema YouTube channel on January 29.
