MM Keeravani to Compose Vande Mataram Music for Republic Day 2026 Parade

Oscar-winning composer M.M. Keeravani has been chosen to compose a new musical rendition of the iconic patriotic song Vande Mataram for India's Republic Day Parade 2026, marking the song's 150th anniversary. The performance, organized by the Ministry of Culture, will feature 2,500 artists from across India. Preparations for the 77th Republic Day celebrations are underway, with European Council and Commission Presidents attending as chief guests alongside the EU-India Summit.
