Producer Naga Vamsi described the Telugu film Anaganaga Oka Raju as his first truly satisfying Sankranthi hit in six years, despite previous festive releases like Guntur Kaaram and Daaku Maharaaj. The romantic comedy, starring Naveen Polishetty, earned approximately Rs 20.05 crore net in India over its first three days, with strong audience turnout during the Sankranti festival. Vamsi contrasted this success with recent underperforming films Kingdom and Mass Jathara, expressing renewed fulfillment from the film's reception.
