Preity Zinta Sells Redeveloped Bandra Apartment for Rs 18.5 Crore

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has sold her Bandra West apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill locality for Rs 18.5 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The 1,770 sq ft flat on the 11th floor of the redeveloped Parishram building was allotted to her as Permanent Alternate Accommodation under a redevelopment agreement with Keystone Realtors Rustomjee. The buyers are Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, US citizens of Indian origin. This sale follows another property sale by Zinta in November 2025 for over Rs 14 crore.
