Preity Zinta Sells Redeveloped Bandra Apartment for Rs 18.50 Crore

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has sold a 1,770 sq ft apartment in Mumbai's Bandra area for Rs 18.50 crore, following the redevelopment of her building. This is her second property sale in four months, with a previous apartment sold for over Rs 14 crore in November 2025. The latest sale, registered on March 2, 2026, involved buyers Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, US citizens of Indian origin. The apartment was allotted to Zinta as Permanent Alternate Accommodation under a redevelopment agreement with Keystone Realtors Rustomjee.
