Min Hee-jin, former ADOR CEO and current head of Ooak Records, offered to forgo the 25.5 billion won (approximately 17.8 million USD) awarded to her by a Seoul court in a shareholder dispute with HYBE. She proposed this on the condition that HYBE drops all ongoing lawsuits, including those involving NewJeans members and others connected to the case. The court had ruled in her favor earlier this month, dismissing HYBE's claims and ordering the payout. Min emphasized her desire to end legal conflicts affecting members and fans.
