
The 53rd New Delhi World Book Fair opened at Bharat Mandapam, featuring over 1,000 publishers from more than 35 countries and an expected two million visitors. For the first time, entry is free for all. This year's central theme, 'Indian Military History: Valour and Wisdom 75,' honors the nation's armed forces with a dedicated pavilion showcasing books, exhibits, and replicas. The nine-day event, inaugurated by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, also includes international participation from Qatar and Spain.
