Filmmaker Sriram Raghavan, known for his thrillers, is venturing into war drama with 'Ikkis,' a film about Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, the youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient. Starring Agastya Nanda and featuring Dharmendra in his final role, the movie depicts Khetarpal's heroism in the 1971 India-Pakistan war. Raghavan described the shoot as an adventure, expressing his passion for the story. Producer Dinesh Vijan highlighted Raghavan's excitement for this new genre.
