Fox Releases Trailer for Baywatch Reboot Featuring Stephen Amell as Hobie Buchannon
Fox has released the first trailer for its Baywatch reboot, set to premiere in January 2027. The series stars Stephen Amell as Hobie Buchannon, son of the original lifeguard Mitch Buchannon, and introduces Charlie, Hobie's long-lost daughter seeking to become a lifeguard. The trailer features dramatic rescue scenes, including a plane crash, and brings back original cast member David Chokachi. The reboot continues the legacy of the iconic show with a new generation of lifeguards and a 12-episode order for the 2026-27 season.
