Ilaiyaraaja to Receive Padmapani Award at Ajanta-Ellora Film Festival 2026

Legendary music composer Ilaiyaraaja will receive the Padmapani Award at the Ajanta-Ellora International Film Festival 2026, held from January 28 to February 4 in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The award, selected by a committee including film critic Latika Padgaonkar and filmmakers Ashutosh Gowariker, Sunil Sukthankar, and Chandrakant Kulkarni, includes a memento, letter of honour, and Rs 2 lakh cash prize. The festival will screen nearly 70 films over eight days.
