Actor Ranbir Kapoor has clarified the meaning behind his lifestyle brand, ARKS, launched last year. Contrary to fan speculation that it was named after his wife Alia Bhatt or daughter Raha, Kapoor explained that the name evolved from 'A Ranbir Kapoor Shoe' and 'Ranbir Kapoor Studio' to simply fitting the brand's aesthetic. He revealed the manufacturing unit belongs to his brother-in-law, Bharat Sahni, and expressed a vision for ARKS to expand into various lifestyle segments, emphasizing sensibility and a curated lifestyle over material possessions.
