Karan Johar Launches Dark Thriller Web Series Student Of The Year: After Dark
Karan Johar announced Student Of The Year: After Dark, a new web series marking the 14th anniversary of the original franchise. Starring Shanaya Kapoor in her OTT debut, the series will stream on JioHotstar from November 13. Directed by Reema Maya and produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, it reimagines the familiar St Teresa's setting as a darker, thriller-driven competition, shifting from the franchise's traditional campus glamour to mystery and violence. Johar and Maya emphasize the creative risk and new direction for the series.
