Karan Johar Recalls Crying to Convince Salman Khan to Wear Suit in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

Filmmaker Karan Johar recalled his first collaboration with Salman Khan during the shoot of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, where Salman initially wanted to wear jeans and a T-shirt for the song 'Saajanji Ghar Aaye'. Concerned about the ornate set and Kajol's lehenga, Karan became emotional and cried in Salman's vanity van. Seeing this, Salman agreed to wear the iconic black suit, leading to the filming of the song sequence. Karan also mentioned the challenges in casting Salman after other actors declined the role.
