Kamal Haasan and Shankar Confirm Indian 3, Post-Production Underway
Kamal Haasan and director S. Shankar have confirmed that Indian 3, the third film in the vigilante franchise, is moving into post-production after nearly two years of uncertainty. The film will explore the backstory of Senapathy's father, Veerasekaran Balram, also played by Haasan. Despite Indian 2's underwhelming box office performance and critical reception, the cast and crew, including composer Anirudh Ravichander, are returning. A release date for Indian 3 has not yet been announced.
