
Aamir Khan revealed he lost 18 kilograms unintentionally by following an anti-inflammatory diet aimed at reducing his chronic migraines. The diet emphasizes whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats while limiting processed foods, refined sugars, and unhealthy fats. Khan credited the dietary change for both his weight loss and migraine relief. He is set to appear in a cameo role in the upcoming film Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos, which he is also producing.
