Aaron Pierre Cast as Green Lantern in James Gunn's Superman Sequel 'Man of Tomorrow'

Actor Aaron Pierre has joined the cast of DC Studios' 'Superman' sequel, 'Man of Tomorrow,' directed and written by James Gunn. Pierre will portray John Stewart, the Green Lantern. The film, set for release on July 9, 2027, will see David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult reprise their roles as Superman and Lex Luthor, who team up against the alien threat Brainiac, played by Lars Eidinger. Production begins in Atlanta in April, with other returning cast members including Rachel Brosnahan, Skyler Gisondo, and Sara Sampaio.
