Veteran actor Nana Patekar demonstrated notable dedication by filming a high-intensity action sequence on a train set for the upcoming film O'Romeo despite suffering from a 102-degree fever. Director Vishal Bhardwaj recounted that although medical advice recommended rest, Patekar insisted on completing the four-hour shoot to avoid disrupting production. The film, inspired by true events and starring Shahid Kapoor, is scheduled for theatrical release on February 13, 2026.
