The apartment spans 14,369 sq ft across the fourth and fifth floors of the 'Legacy' project and includes eight reserved parking spaces. Nayanthara holds a 90% share, with Vigneshwar owning 10%. Poes Garden is known for high-profile residents like Rajinikanth and the late former Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa. Nayanthara owns multiple properties across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kerala.
