Actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has announced a new film, surprising fans who believed he had retired from cinema to focus on politics. The project, directed by Surender Reddy and written by Vakkantham Vamsi, was revealed by producer Ram Talluri on New Year's Eve. This collaboration was previously planned but shelved. Kalyan completed his pending film shoots in 2025 after winning elections with the TDP and BJP, and this marks his first new film announcement since taking on his political role.
