S. S. Rajamouli Launches Advanced Motion Capture Facility at Annapurna Studios

S. S. Rajamouli unveiled India's most advanced motion capture facility, the A M MoCap Lab, at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, a joint venture with Mihira Visual Labs and technology partner Animatrik Film Design. The facility was used to shoot key sequences of Rajamouli's upcoming film Varanasi, starring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Rajamouli highlighted the lab's role in bridging India's technological gap, enabling filmmakers to produce high-quality visual effects domestically without outsourcing.
