Bihar Police SI Preliminary Exam Results Declared; Over 35,000 Shortlisted for Mains

The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) announced the Bihar Police Sub-Inspector preliminary examination results on March 16, 2026. The exam, held on January 18 and 21, saw over 10 lakh registrations with around 7.26 lakh candidates appearing. Approximately 29,000 candidates were disqualified for procedural errors. About 35,000 candidates, roughly 20 times the 1,799 vacancies, qualified for the Main examination, scheduled for April 2026. Results and merit lists are available on the official BPSSC website.
