The search for Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, which vanished over 12 years ago with 239 people on board, has resumed in the Indian Ocean. US-based robotics firm Ocean Infinity is conducting the renewed search under a 'no find, no fee' contract with the Malaysian government. The company will use advanced underwater drones to survey a targeted 15,000-square-kilometer area for 55 days, hoping to finally locate the Boeing 777 that disappeared on March 8, 2014, en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
