Moderate Rainfall and Temperature Drop Forecasted in Tamil Nadu This Week

Tamil Nadu is expected to experience moderate rainfall and thunderstorms in the Western Ghats and southern districts on March 17 due to multiple low-level atmospheric circulations over the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and northern coastal areas. Rainfall is forecast to shift to delta districts by March 18 and continue through the week. These weather systems are also anticipated to gradually reduce daytime temperatures by about 2°C across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal, providing relief from recent warm conditions.
