Srinagar saw a sunny morning after a low of 0.1 degrees Celsius, which was above normal for this time of year. Despite being in the 'Chilla-e-Kalan' period of extreme cold, the valley has not received snowfall on the plains this season. Dry weather is expected to continue until January 5.
