Car Plunges Into Jayakwadi Canal in Maharashtra; Three Missing After Rescue Attempt

In Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, Maharashtra, a car traveling from Kordgaon to Paithan lost control near Changatpuri village around 11 pm and plunged into the Jayakwadi Right Canal. The driver, Altaf Pathan, escaped with injuries, while two occupants, Mukid Ahmed Sheikh and his wife Nilofar, along with a local youth who attempted a rescue, went missing. Rescue teams have launched ongoing search operations to locate the missing individuals.
