A private helicopter crashed in Arizona's mountains near Telegraph Canyon on Friday, killing all four people aboard, including a 59-year-old pilot and three young women. The crash occurred around 11 a.m. approximately 64 miles east of Phoenix. Officials stated the helicopter may have struck a recreational slackline strung across the mountains. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the incident, which prompted temporary flight restrictions over the area.
