Pregnant Woman Killed by Wild Elephant in Jharkhand's West Singhbhum District

In Jharkhand's West Singhbhum district, a 30-year-old pregnant woman named Rani Boipai was trampled to death by a wild elephant in Kuida village on Thursday night. The incident occurred when she left her home suspecting elephant movement nearby. Authorities have not confirmed if the elephant involved is the same one linked to around 22 deaths in January. Senior forest officials are investigating the case.
