Infrastructure upgrade works at SMVT Bengaluru station will temporarily alter train services via the Solapur Division. A traffic block will be in place for yard-related improvements, leading to short termination and origination of select trains. For instance, the Bidar-SMVT Bengaluru Express Special and Kalaburagi-SMVT Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express will terminate at Yelahanka on specific dates in January. Return services will also originate from Yelahanka. Passengers are advised to plan travel accordingly.
