A passenger bus fell into a gorge in Uttarakhand's Almora district on Tuesday, resulting in at least six to seven fatalities and multiple injuries. The bus, carrying approximately 17-18 passengers, was traveling from Bhikiyasain to Ramnagar when it lost control near the Vinayak area. State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and local police initiated rescue operations, with injured passengers admitted to nearby hospitals. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed grief and is monitoring the situation.
