The train ran on the original Shahdara-Tis Hazari section where services began in 2002. Decorated with flowers, TS 01 has served millions of passengers, evolving from four to eight coaches and incorporating technological upgrades. This event allowed passengers to experience the historic inaugural run, highlighting the metro's growth into a major urban transit system.
