Chandigarh's PGIMER successfully performed four robotic prostate cancer surgeries in a single day, a marathon session led by Dr. Santosh Kumar. Utilizing a single robotic system, all patients are reported stable and recovering well. This achievement, attributed to exceptional teamwork and efficient operating theatre logistics, aims to reduce waiting periods and surgical backlogs, enhancing access to advanced minimally invasive procedures within the public healthcare system.
