A private van fueled by LPG caught fire on the Tirunelveli-Thatchanallur road on Monday. The vehicle's renter, Sheikh Ali, was reportedly on his way to a fuel station when it malfunctioned and ignited. He managed to escape the vehicle unharmed. Fire and Rescue Services personnel responded to the scene and successfully extinguished the blaze.
