Kolkata Metro to Run Limited Afternoon Services on Doljatra Festival

Kolkata Metro will operate a limited schedule on March 3 for Doljatra, starting services only in the afternoon after the festivities. Service reductions include 60 trains on the Blue Line, 45 on the Green Line, 44 on the Yellow Line, 38 on the Purple Line, and 28 on the Orange Line. First departures vary between 2:30 pm and 3:04 pm. Doljatra, celebrated in West Bengal, honors Goddess Radha and Lord Krishna a day before Holi.
