
A magnitude 4.7 earthquake struck Nepal's Sankhuwasabha district early Friday at 3:18 am, with its epicenter near Topke Gola on the Sankhuwasabha-Taplejung border, about 400 km east of Kathmandu. The tremor was felt in neighboring districts including Bhojpur, Panchthar, and Tehrathum. According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, there have been no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
