Indian Railways Launches Holi Special Trains and Enhances Station Preparedness

Ahead of the Holi festival, Indian Railways has introduced special train services and enhanced station arrangements to manage increased passenger traffic. The Ferozepur Division operates nine pairs of Holi special trains with additional halts, while Northeast Frontier Railway runs 14 pairs totaling 128 trips. Both zones have deployed extra staff, implemented safety measures, and improved passenger facilities, including crowd management and real-time monitoring, to ensure safe and convenient travel during the festive period.
