Cold Wave Alert Issued in Himachal Pradesh; Heavy Snowfall Expected from January 22

Two western disturbances are expected to bring heavy snowfall and rain to higher and middle hills from January 22, with a yellow warning issued for January 23. Lower hills and plains may see light precipitation starting January 22, while temperatures are forecast to fluctuate over the coming days.
