East Coast Railway General Manager Parmeshwar Funkwal inspected various railway facilities and ongoing projects in Visakhapatnam on December 29, 2025. Accompanied by senior officials, he reviewed progress on the new South Coast Railway Zonal Office, maintenance and expansion plans at the Diesel Loco Shed, and operations at the Wagon Workshop. The inspection also covered passenger amenities and development works at Visakhapatnam Railway Station.
