India has launched the Fast Track Immigration - Trusted Traveller Programme (FTI-TTP) to expedite immigration processes at international airports. Introduced in June 2024, the program allows registered Indian citizens and foreign nationals with OCI cards to bypass long queues using dedicated e-gates. Celebrities like Rani Mukerji, Sushmita Sen, and Mohanlal have been seen utilizing the service, which is currently available at 13 airports across major cities and aims for wider expansion. Registration is valid for ten years or until passport expiry.
