The apartment, located in the Rustomjee Paramount tower and spanning over 1,000 sq ft on a higher floor, has been rented to Kamlaben Mangalbhai Gujjar. The agreement includes a 5% rent increase after the first year, with total rental income expected to reach nearly ₹71 lakh. Neither party was available for comment.
