Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced he will cover the full cost of IVF for women under 37 using his donated sperm. Durov, estimated to be worth $17 billion, stated that all his biological children, regardless of conception method, will be entitled to inherit a portion of his estate. He views sperm donation as a social responsibility, citing declining global fertility rates and environmental concerns as justifications for greater openness about the practice. Durov has previously stated he has fathered six children and his donations have resulted in over 100 births.
