Rasikbil mini zoo in Cooch Behar has introduced new attractions, including parrots, hill mynas, and a porcupine, ahead of the New Year to enhance visitor experience. The nature-based tourism destination, featuring misty wetlands and diverse avian life, also boasts new selfie zones and a children's park. The zoo currently houses leopards, gharials, deer, fishing cats, and various birds. Measures like additional workers, police surveillance, and a temporary bridge have been implemented to manage the expected increase in tourist footfall during the winter holidays.
