At 86 years old, Kim Knor has achieved her 1,000th skydive, earning the United States Parachute Association Gold Wings Award. Known as the "skydiving grandma," Knor made her first jump at 18, was part of the first U.S. Women's Parachute Team in 1962, and was inducted into the International Skydiving Hall of Fame in 2013. She continues to inspire active aging, emphasizing that age is a mental barrier to pursuing passions.
