Nikki Tamboli Shares Update on Chalazion Eyelid Condition and Its Causes

Nikki Tamboli recently shared an update on her health regarding a chalazion, a slow-growing, painless lump on the eyelid caused by a blocked oil gland known as the meibomian gland. While chalazions can often be treated with warm compresses, Tamboli's did not resolve this way. Experts note that chalazions typically form on the underside of the upper eyelid but can also appear on the lower eyelid, initially causing pain that usually subsides over time.
