Aamir Khan and Family Participate in Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026, Citing Daughter's Encouragement

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, his ex-wife Kiran Rao, and their children participated in the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026. While Aamir, Kiran, Ira Khan, and Azad Rao Khan completed the 5.9 km Dream Run, Junaid Khan ran 10 km, and son-in-law Nupur Shikhare took part in the full marathon. Aamir revealed that his daughter Ira encouraged him to join. He praised the spirit of the event and shared his fitness tips emphasizing diet, sleep, and exercise.
