Delhi government is launching the Pink Saheli Smart Card for women and transgender residents aged 12 and above, enabling free travel on DTC and Cluster buses starting after January 14, 2026. The digital QR-based card replaces paper tickets and requires a Delhi Aadhaar for application. Counters will be set up at DM/SDM offices, bus depots, and CSCs. Selected banks will also issue cards for concession groups and general commuters. The initiative aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and promote public transport.
