The mother, who had been vocal about seeking justice for her daughter Tamanna Khatun, reportedly felt depressed and insecure. She had named 24 individuals in her complaint, and while 10 have been arrested and a chargesheet filed against 13, the family alleges a lack of proper investigation and justice.
