
Ahead of Nepal's March 5 general elections, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) led by Rabi Lamichhane organized a large road show in Kathmandu Valley, drawing thousands of supporters. The party has projected former Kathmandu mayor and rapper Balendra Shah, known as Balen, as its prime ministerial candidate. Both leaders have campaigned nationwide, emphasizing promises of good governance and anti-corruption reforms following political unrest and the resignation of former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
