Intelligence Agencies Warn of Khalistani, Bangladesh-Linked Terror Threats Ahead of Republic Day

Ahead of the 77th Republic Day on January 26, intelligence agencies have issued alerts warning of potential terror threats from Khalistani and Bangladesh-linked outfits targeting Delhi and other major cities. Punjab-based gangsters are reportedly acting as foot soldiers for foreign-based radical handlers, using criminal networks across Haryana, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Security has been heightened with multiple mock drills at sensitive locations, including the Red Fort and key transport hubs, to ensure preparedness and public safety during the celebrations.
