Tipra Motha Leaders Meet Tripura CM, Advocate Roman Script Adoption for Kokborok

A delegation from the Tipra Motha Party, led by TTAADC executive member Rabindra Debbarma, met Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha to urge timely elections for the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) and advocate for adopting the Roman script for the Kokborok language. Separately, 16 Tiprasa representatives, including party leader Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma, submitted a memorandum citing constitutional provisions and demanded official recognition of the Roman script in education and government exams to support Kokborok speakers.
