Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia announced the establishment of the seventh National Postal Training Centre in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, with an investment of Rs 111 crore. This new facility aims to enhance the postal training ecosystem, complementing existing centers across India. Scindia also inaugurated modernized postal facilities and announced two new India Post services, Speed Post 24 and Speed Post 48, promising guaranteed delivery within 24 and 48 hours respectively. The Shivpuri center is expected to be completed within 8 to 12 months.
